Alder Hardwood Lumber is available in 4/4, 5/4 and 8/4. We stock Alder FAS, kiln dried. Alder is a hard wood used in cabinets, flooring and furniture building. It is also popular in musical instruments. Alder has been used to build the Fender "Stratocaster" and "Telecaster" guitar body since the 1950's.
