Cypress 1 x 6 available in Select, #2 and Pecky.  We can also provide s1s2e, which is surface one side and two edges.  This has a fresh resawn face and a smooth back, but is graded to the rough face.  Cypress 1 x 6 is also available in s4s, which is surface four sides, or smooth on all sides you you can pick the best face.
